Use of this website and the sale and purchase of Goods from this website are governed by our terms and conditions which can be found here. “We” or “Our” means Lana Pura. “You” or “your” means the person accessing, using or ordering Goods from our website over the Internet. “Goods” means items offered for sale on this website.
Payment
We welcome payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal, Cheque and Postal Order.
Card payments can be made online through our shopping cart or you may telephone us with you order and card details. The cards we accept are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro (Switch), Visa Electron, Delta or Solo.
Postal Orders can be purchased from your local Post Office™.
All Cheques and Postal Orders must be cleared before Goods are despatched.
For your security for online shopping we use Protx as our Payment Service Provider (PSP). This method is a secure and encrypted service.
All prices are shown in GBP (Pounds Sterling) and include delivery charges within the UK.
Shipping
Christmas Shipping 2009: UK & CHANNEL ISLES - SATURDAY 19TH DECEMBER, EUROPE - TUESDAY 15TH DECEMBER, REST OF WORLD - THURSDAY 10TH DECEMBER.
Lana Pura will always endeavour to ship your order within 48 hours of your payment being authorised and the funds being cleared. If for any reason we are not able to do this then we will contact you.
To the UK
Postage to the UK is FREE. We will post your order using Royal Mail first-class.
For orders outside the UK
For all international orders outside the UK we send your Goods by Airmail. The delivery charge applied to your order will be based on the total weight of your order which will also include the weight of the packaging.

Returns
Your statutory rights are not affected by Lana Pura’s policies set out in these pages. Your rights to return Goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to and including seven days of Lana Pura receiving your order.
Lana Pura is committed to providing you with quality products and first class customer service. We also understand that sometimes you may wish to change your mind regarding the order you have placed with Lana Pura or that for some reason the Goods you have ordered might reach you in a faulty or defective condition.
If the Goods you receive are damaged or faulty then we will replace them at no extra cost. Unless the Goods are defective, damaged or otherwise not as specified on your order confirmation, then you are responsible for the cost of returning Goods.
If you wish to return Goods to Lana Pura then please contact us in writing (not by telephone) either by email or letter within the required seven days, stating why you wish to return the goods. In the case of damaged or faulty Goods you must include a description of the damage or fault.
Once we have received you request to return your Goods we will reply with authorisation and any further instructions.
Please note that in the case of order cancellation all goods must be returned unopened and in perfect re-saleable condition.
Returning Goods to Lana Pura
If you wish to return Goods to Lana Pura then please use the following procedure:
1) Notify Lana Pura in writing stating why you wish to return the Goods
2) Return the Goods to Lana Pura at the address below, enclosing details of the original order number, your email address, phone number and delivery address

Please do not write on any of the manufacturer’s original packaging.
Lana Pura cannot be liable for returned Goods that have been lost or damaged in transit. Please make sure that you return Goods using adequate protective packaging and post your return using recorded delivery.
Once the returned Goods have been checked by Lana Pura and accepted you will receive either a cheque or alternatively a credit back to your credit or debit card within thirty days of Lana Pura receiving the returned Goods.
Please note that for copyright and useage reasons we are unable to make a refund on books, patterns and needles.
