how do I create my account?

To create your own personal account, simply click on the "new account" link shown circled below. You can do this from any page on the website.

When you click on the "new account" link you will see a form like the one below:

Simply enter your Name, email address and a password of your choice in the entry fields provided and click on the "Create Account" button. When you have done this you will be taken to your main account page which looks like this:

Once you have created your account you can either continue shopping or select one of the account management features shown in the list.

how do I log in?

If you already have an account and you would like to access your account features then all you need to do is log in. To do this just click on the "my account" link shown next:

Now click on the link circled below:

All you have to do now is enter your username (your email address) and password in the following form and click the "Submit" button.

You are now logged in and can use your account management features.

how do I manage my account?

When you click on the "Manage my account" link you will be taken to the account management form which looks like this:

Here you can manage your main account details, including your name and password, reward points, addresses, gift registries and order history.

how do I use Gift Registries?

When you create your account it will be automatically set up with your own personal wish list called "My Wish List". This is your default wish list and it cannot be deleted. You can also create additional Gift Registeries.

To add a product to your wish list, go to the product detail page and you'll see an "Add To List" link directly underneath the "Add To Basket" button. If you click on "Add To List" and select "My Wish List" which pops up as shown below then the product you are viewing will be added to your wish list.

Once you have added a product to your wish list you will be taken to your "My Wish List" page which will look something like this:

To view your wish list at any time simply log in, if you haven't already done so, and click on "View gift registries" as shown next:

A link to "My Wish List" will appear. If you have created any additional Gift Registries then these will also appear when you click on "View gift registries". Just click on the link for the list you want to view and you'll be taken straight there.

how do I use Reward Points?

You must be logged in order to earn or redeem Reward Points. When you are logged in you can earn Reward Points on all purchases. Once you have earned Reward Points you can exchange them at any time in the future for a whopping 5% discount on an order of your choosing at Lana Pura. You can exchange your earned points at any time.

You earn 1 Reward Point for every pound you spend, so if you buy a ball of yarn for £4.50 then you will earn 4.5 Reward Points. The last checkout summary form, before you enter your payment details, will show the number of Reward Points you will earn for your current purchase. If you do not already have any Reward Points in your account then the checkout summary form will look something like this:

If you already have some Reward Points in your account, then you will be offered the choice of either redeeming those points against your current purchase or saving them for use on a later purchase as shown in the next image:

If you want to save your points for use on a later purchase then just click on the checkout button and they will simply be added to the points already in your account.

If you decide that you would like to redeem your saved Reward Points against your current purchase then click on the "Redeem" button and you will be shown a summary of your purchase showing the final price with the discount your points have earned you subtracted from the total. Your points are worth a discount of 5% of your points total, so for example 30 points will earn you a discount of £1.50 (5% of 30 points = 1.50). The example below shows a discount of £1.50 (30 Points) being applied to a current purchase of £45:

To check how many Reward Points are in your account, simply log in and click on "Manage my account" and you will see how many points you have accumulated displyed in the "Account Details" section at the top, as shown in the image below:

how do I track my orders?

To check the status of any one order you can click on the "order status" link above the menu bay at any time, even if you are not logged in, as shown below:

When you've clicked on this link then you will see the following form:

All you need to do now if enter the Order ID for the order you wish to check - It will be shown in the order confirmation email we sent you when you placed your order - and your email address, then click the "View Order Status" button. You will now see the "View Order Status" form as shown in the next example:

Here you can see that the status of the example order is "Awaiting Payment". An alternative way to review the status of all your orders is to click on the "my account" link above the menu bar, log in and choose "Manage my account". At the bottom of the form that follows you will see the order status of all your recent orders, for example:

how do I log out of my account?

To log out of your account simply click on the "my account" link above the menu bar at any time and click on the "Logout" link shown circled in the picture below:
